Our Bedrooms...
We currently let two bedrooms, both with King sized double beds, and en suite bathrooms...

Rose's Room Cottage style room with King sized double bed and hypo-allergenic duvet and pillows. Flat screen digital television with dvd player, clock radio, and beverage tray with complimentary bottled water and chocolates. En suite toilet, basin,  bath and separate power shower. First floor with garden view.

Tariff Bed and Breakfast Per double room per night  Friday and Saturday               £75.00 Sunday to Thursday           £65.00 Single occupation from      £50.00

Booking Terms... 

1.  Prices are per room per night and include full English Breakfast. 

2.  We require a non-refundable deposit of £25.00 for a single night, or £50.00 for two or more nights,  to secure a reservation.  Please make deposit cheques payable to 
"Paul & Carol Crocker",   or if you prefer, you can pay your deposit directly into our bank account.  Please ask for details.
 
Where guests request a specific bedroom, we will do our best to comply with this, but occasionally circumstances may occur that are beyond our control where this is not possible.

A reservation is a binding contract, and as such you may incur charges if subsequently cancelling or altering the reservation. We reserve the right to make a cancellation charge of up to a maximum of two-thirds of the value of the accommodation originally reserved if the reservation is cancelled within 28 days of the due date of arrival, and we are not able to re-sell the room. 3.  Bring your own bottle!  We  provide an opener, glasses, and there's a fridge for  guests' use.

4.  We are pleased to accept payment by sterling cheques guaranteed by a bank card, travellers cheques, and cash (sorry, we do not accept credit cards).  Accounts are payable on departure, and guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10.30 a.m. on the morning of departure.

5. We are a non-smoking establishment, and we reserve the right to levy an extra cleaning charge should anyone smoke anywhere on our premises.

 6.  We offer parking in our car-park on the basis of one car space per room. If you require extra space for a further vehicle, trailer, or a large vehicle, this can only be by prior arrangement. Vehicles are parked on our premises at the owners risk. 

 7.  Unfortunately, we cannot allow any animals, other than assistance dogs, anywhere on our premises at any time.
