Our VisitBritain membership....
After 10 years of membership, all at 5 Star level with the last 8 years holding a Gold Award for excellence, we have decided to resign from the VisitBritain scheme.  This is because  the cost of the fees can no longer be justified or sustained in our very small business.

Guests can be assured that our quality level has not diminished, and that we will continue to offer the highest quality accommodation in the area.

Our Bedrooms...

Rose's Room Cottage style room with King sized double bed and hypo-allergenic duvet and pillows. Flat screen digital television with dvd player, clock radio, and beverage tray with complimentary bottled water and biscuits. En suite toilet, basin,  bath and separate power shower. First floor with garden view.

Tariff Bed and Breakfast Per double room, per night Friday and Saturday               £75.00 Sunday to Thursday           £65.00 Single occupation from      £50.00   Prices increase from Friday 6th April 2012 (Good Friday). Please see below.

Booking Terms... 

1.  Prices are per double room per night and include full English Breakfast. 

2.  We require a non-refundable deposit of £25.00 for a single night, or £50.00 for two or more nights,  to secure a reservation.  Please make deposit cheques payable to 
"Paul & Carol Crocker".   If you prefer, you can pay your deposit directly into our Bank account.  Please ask for details.

 Where guests request a specific bedroom we will do our best to comply, but occasionally circumstances  beyond our control make this is not possible.

A reservation is a binding contract, and as such you may incur charges if subsequently cancelling or altering the reservation. We reserve the right to make a cancellation charge of up to a maximum of two-thirds of the value of the accommodation originally reserved if the reservation is cancelled within 28 days of the due date of arrival, and we are not able to re-sell the room. We recommend the use of holiday cancellation insurance to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances.

3.  Due to the closure of the Cheque Guarantee Scheme, from 1st July 2011 we can only accept cheques if received by us two weeks before departure to ensure cheque clearance.  We do not accept credit cards, and so payment on day of departure can only be in cash.  There are cash machines in the village.

Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10.30 a.m. on the morning of departure.

4.  Bring your own bottle!  We  provide an opener, glasses, and there's a fridge for  guests' use.

5. We are a non-smoking establishment, and we reserve the right to levy an extra cleaning charge should anyone smoke anywhere on our premises.

6.  We offer parking in our car-park on the basis of one car space per room. If you require extra space for a further vehicle, trailer, or a large vehicle, this can only be by prior arrangement. Vehicles are parked on our premises at the owners risk. 

 7.  Unfortunately, we cannot allow any animals, other than assistance dogs, anywhere on our premises at any time.
